Once downloaded open the application. While it is establishing a connection feel free to add your name. You will then be prompted to allow permission for our support team to view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
You are always in full control of your computer. You will always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard and can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
